Economic Empowerment
With unemployment rates reaching well over 40% in the South African communities we serve, launching strategic microenterprises with well-trained leadership is essential to economic growth and community sustainability.
Our Economic Empowerment Program is holistic and multifaceted. We equip young leaders with revenue-producing skills in carpentry, welding, hair styling, financial literacy, and business aptitude. We support innovative ideas and empower students to pioneer businesses that provide long-term earnings for their families, employment for others, and vital community growth. Upon successful graduation, students are deployed into microenterprises of hair salons and handyman businesses.
