Economic Empowerment

With unemployment rates reaching well over 40% in many Sub-Saharan African communities, we provide curricula to organizations that support the development of strategic microenterprises through trained leadership, promoting long-term economic growth and sustainability.

Our Economic Empowerment Program is holistic and multifaceted. We provide curricula for young leaders to begin learning and practicing with revenue-producing skills in carpentry, welding, hair styling, financial literacy, and business aptitude. Our hope is that students would be empowered to pioneer businesses to provide long-term earnings for their families, employment for others, and vital community growth. Upon successful graduation, students are deployed into microenterprises of hair salons, trade skills businesses and other revenue producing initiatives.
