Bomikazi, Zimikitha, and Abongile have just officially joined our team as Bridge for Hope interns. They have been involved with us for quite a while, each of them successfully completing every single program that we offer. They just finished up our EPIC discipleship course, and now they’re serving with us full-time in our internship program.

The interns will help teach the next Life Skills course and serve in various areas of the ministry over the next several months. They also participate in devotions, one-on-one mentoring, book studies, and an accountability/prayer group.

Every Thursday, all our EPIC students come back together for Discovery Bible Studies, a discipleship program based on Biblical principles of personal and community obedience to the teachings of Jesus. As part of the program, the students learn how to conduct these studies with non-believers in their own communities.

Our plan is to eventually start up a number of these Discovery classes throughout the community, led by these students as they put into action all that they are learning. This model is taking the world by storm in the developing world when it comes to church planting.
